Seminar Packages include:

LUNCH, incl. beverages for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

DINNER, ïncl. beverages: Monday & Tuesday (BBQ dinner)

Exhibitor reception & Coctails pre dinner Tuesday

Workshops & seminar lectures included coffeebreaks end refreshments during such breaks from start of the seminar Monday 11am until pre lunch Wednesday. Access to the seminar facilities and the exhibitor space at all times.

Each attendee will receive a T-shirt (pique style) as a gift with the registration. All workshop lecture materials will be distributed on CD/usb stick, daily program & attendee list will be issued upon registration at the hotel.

Seminar packes does NOT include:

Accommodation & travel expences for each attendee, anything not mentioned above such as parking, extra beverages and services booked at the hotel. Any additional personal expences not settled on site with the hotel directly will be invoiced with a service fee of  €30 per charge.

PLEASE make sure to register for your hotelroom at the same time as you make your confirmation for the seminar.
