The SCANDEM conference is an international conference organized annually in Northern Europe by the Nordic Microscopy Society. 2012 the conference will be hosted at University of Bergen in Norway. The conference begins with a welcoming reception at the conference venue in the evening of June 12th. As a company representative you are most welcome to participate in the Trade Exhibition. A special oral session is reserved in the main auditorium on thursday morning for company presentations. There will be no parallel sessions here. The price for a stand is 150 Euro/m2. Prices includes use of tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, Poster stands, electricity, LN2 (if needed) etc. The exhibition area will be opened from Tuesday the 12th for installations. The stands have been numbered and preliminary sized to 2mx3m, but we are be able to adjust them depending on your need. Please consult the exhibition area layout. The rooms behind the exhibition area (Grupperom 1-6) will be available for the exhibitors free of charge and can be locked. We will assist with all practicalities related to transport of equipment etc. Conference Registration Fee for Exhibitors Total Price: 100 €/person Lunch and coffee all exhibition days, Welcome Reception.
